Architectural concept of an independent hospitality lobby

MONTRÉAL & QUÉBEC / HUMAN-LED OPERATIONS

Hotel operations that stay accountable

Booking, payment and access exceptions you can see — and a person responsible for resolving them.

Start the assessment

CAD 1,500 · One property · Fixed scope

For independent hotels & serviced apartments
01Your systems. Connected.02Every exception. Visible.03Your decisions. Always.

01 / THE WORK BETWEEN SYSTEMS

A better stay starts
behind the scenes.

For independent hotels and serviced apartments (15–60 units) in Montréal and Québec that already have booking and payment systems but still lose time to mismatches, missing confirmations and manual follow-up.

Your booking engine, payment processor and accounting tools already do their jobs. We manage the handoffs between them, so mismatches have a clear owner and a next step.

15–60 units · Your existing systems · Human accountability

For operators running 15–60 units who already use booking, payment and accounting tools, and need reliable exception visibility without replacing their property-management system.

AN EXAMPLE OF THE HANDOFF

Follow one reservation.

mdla / ops
Reservation recorded

A booking is confirmed.

The reservation becomes the reference record. Dates, status and the agreed identifiers are checked against connected systems.

Illustrative workflow. Feasibility and permissions are verified during the assessment.

WHAT DESERVES ATTENTION

Small gaps.
Real operational friction.

01

Booking ≠ payment

A payment clears, but the booking record does not match.

02

Access out of step

A code is issued too early, or remains active too long.

03

Invoices in limbo

Missing or duplicate entries mean another month of manual correction.

04

Unmeasured follow-up

Your team chases deposits, balances and cancellations without a clear record of the hours.

02 / A CLEAR STARTING POINT

Know the scope.
Then make the decision.

Start with one property and a fixed-scope assessment. Recurring service begins only after a scoped pilot and signed acceptance.

ONGOING OPERATIONS

Managed Operations Core

Accountable reconciliation around the systems you already use.

$1,500CAD / month
Let’s talk
  • Deterministic reconciliation and exception queue
  • Limited operational view
  • Business-hours triage
  • Proven backup procedure
  • Monthly value report

Target routine delivery: 3 operator hours per month.

ADDITIONAL COMPLEXITY

Operations Plus

For a higher connector and reporting load within an agreed scope.

$2,500CAD / month
Let’s talk
  • Everything in Managed Operations Core
  • Additional agreed connectors
  • Higher reporting load
  • Monthly measurement of hours and exceptions

Target routine delivery: 5 operator hours per month.

New features, migrations and custom reports are separately priced change orders. Hour targets describe routine delivery, not an unlimited support allowance. We never take autonomous authority over charges, refunds or physical access.

03 / WORKING TOGETHER

Trust is built
one handoff at a time.

    A short fit conversation

We discuss your systems, authority, measurable pain and budget.

  2. 02

    A paid assessment

One property. Fixed acceptance criteria. A written recommendation.

  3. 03

    A carefully scoped pilot

Read-only first. Security, rights and recovery gates precede authorized writes and acceptance tests.

  4. 04

    Your signed acceptance

Recurring service begins only when the agreed scope is accepted.

  5. 05

    A monthly review

We measure actual hours, actual exceptions and actual contribution.

MONTRÉAL-BASED. BILINGUAL. MEASURED.

Connected systems.
A person accountable.

Technologies IA MDLA Inc. brings hospitality implementation experience across booking, payments, access and accounting. We work in English and French, with clear rights and security gates, measured operator hours and agreed usage ceilings.

Your property keeps final authority over financial and physical-access decisions. Guest communication and emergency response remain with your team.

04 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Clarity before
commitment.

What does the CAD 1,500 assessment include?

A fixed-scope review of one property and up to three agreed systems, a current-state map of handoffs and exceptions, integration feasibility, a rights checklist, and a written recommendation with acceptance criteria. No free custom development.

Do you replace my existing booking or payment system?

No. We work with the systems you already use and focus on reconciliation and exceptions.

Who decides on charges, refunds or door access?

You or your named staff. We surface exceptions and prepare the information; final authority stays with the property.

Is this 24/7 guest support?

No. Business-hours triage is included. Physical emergencies and guest-facing response remain the property’s responsibility.

Can I start with just a website?

Yes. Website projects are available on websitesmdla.com. This site is specifically for operations and reconciliation work.
